Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
In general, it takes 1–2 business days to process your order, depending on how busy it is. After that, your product is shipped and you can expect to receive it within approximately 6 to 9 business days.
Can I track my package?

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, but for hygiene reasons we cannot accept every return. Our return address is located abroad, and we only accept returns if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once you have used the product, your right to return it unfortunately expires.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
If your return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your debit card, credit card or original payment method. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and displays the refund.
Is the return shipment free?
Unfortunately, we do not cover the return shipping costs or any other costs associated with sending the goods back, including taxes and customs charges.
Until when can I return my order?
You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
I want to return an item, what now?
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned.
