Refund Policy

At HydroBoost, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to help you through our return process. Here’s what you need to know:

Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided you have a valid reason. If you want to make changes to the size or variants of your product, please contact us within this period via email: info@milouamsterdam.nl.

Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t fit or aren’t quite what you expected. That’s why we offer a 14‑day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear and socks cannot be returned. Beauty products such as mascara, perfume, etc. also cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and the possibility that they have been used.

Refunds
If your return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your debit card, credit card or original payment method. Please note that it may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.

To ensure your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not trackable.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

Lost or Stolen Orders
HydroBoost does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items that the courier has confirmed as successfully delivered. We do not reimburse orders reported as lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered.

Costs for Returning Items
The costs for returning items are at your own expense. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or incorrectly delivered? In that case, we will reimburse these costs afterwards.
